Student Advisory Committee

Emma is currently a junior at Williamsville East High School and a bronze award recipient of the 2021-2022 Youth Achievement Competition with her team. She holds a position as business editor in her school newspaper, as well as librarian of her school orchestra. 

Emma is heavily involved in scientific psychological research, submitting projects to both local and statewide science fair competitions, winning a variety of awards in the process. In addition, she is also involved in both hospital and community volunteering for multiple organizations. 

Her work in psychology based projects and her clinical experience has instilled a passion for advocating mental health awareness. Through use of her own cultural perspective as American-born Chinese, she hopes to bring both unity among people, as well as diversity within the community.
