Gabriella is an immigration attorney at Berardi Immigration Law, with a practice spanning both business and family-based filings. She counsels multinational corporations on workforce movement across borders, guiding executives and HR professionals through the complex world of visas and compliance. At the same time, she provides compassionate support to families seeking to stay together in the U.S., understanding the deeply personal nature of each case. A third-generation Italian-American, Gabriella appreciates the weight of immigration decisions and aims to treat each client like family. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in New York. Outside of work, Gabriella is a dedicated mom to her two daughters, Gemma and Francesca, is an avid gardener, and a proud foodie who loves discovering new recipes and restaurants.
